Agua de Beber E.P.
Agua de Beber is the first 'commercial' release by
The Chemistry Experiment. It features four tracks from the band's
very early days; 'Disco Song', 'Please don't cry', 'I made her cry
last night', and 'Experimental Pushchair'. The E.P. takes its name
from a song by bossa nova pioneer Antonio Carlos Jobim.

Released in April 1999, on Short Fuse Records, this
EP is strictly limited to 500 7" vinyl copies. Each one has
an individually designed and crafted sleeve.

The songs could be described thusly:
Disco Song is the catchy one. The lyrics are a bit
crap but no-one ever notices. We're hoping that you wont notice
the join where Paul accidentally wiped off a bit of the drum track
either.
Please Don't Cry is a cover of a song on an album
that Steven heard in a dream. He can't remember who did it originally,
but our version is pretty faithful
I Made Her Cry Last Night is the 2nd of our 'cry'
series. It's a version of a song we accidentally recorded in Hi-fi.
Experimental Pushchair is our entry for "most
lo-fi song of '99". It was recorded on Paul's sister's little
pink stereo in his room.

In addition, the Chemistry
Experiment page on mp3.com has a mp3 of 'Please don't cry' available
to listen or download.
